A DRIVER has been fined almost £400 after being caught exceeding the speed limit on the M23.
Nicholas Rowley, of Bodmore Lane, Marlow, was caught on December 24 last year speeding in his Volvo in Surrey.
The 39-year-old was caught driving over the 70mph speed limit on the M23. It is unknown exactly what his speed was.

At Guildford Magistrates Court on August 2, Rowley was found guilty and fined £220. There were also court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £88.
His driving record was also endorsed with three penalty points.
The total fine is £398 to be paid this month.
