A micro pig petting farm has opened an all-year-round barn ahead of its upcoming family fun day.
Kew Little Pigs miniature pig farm based in Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire, is hosting a family fun day on Saturday, August 5 to celebrate the launch of their new play barn.
Whilst the farm is full of small animals, the day is for all ages, holding activities all day with each visitor getting to enjoy an hour with the micro pigs as part of their ticket.
The new barn at Kew Little Pigs will be used all year round for visitors to pet the pigs, goats, chickens and ducks at the farm and can also be rented for private events.
As well as being a farm to visit, Kew Little Pigs also sells micropigs in need of a new home.
Owner of Kew Little Pigs, Olivia Mikhail, said: "There will be so much to do with activities including face painting, arts and crafts, field games, sensory zone and having fun on our bouncy castle.
“We also have a pop-up Lebanese restaurant and plentiful refreshments available along with a designated picnic area with live DJ and book reading while you enjoy your food.
“Also visitors should bring their best game face as there are prizes to be won in our craft zone as well as a raffle to win a piglet spa voucher!”
Kew Little Pigs has been expanding as they opened their gift shop and refreshment area with a similar successful event last year.
