AMINE EL-BADAOUI, 47, of Upende, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of his duty on April 2 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge as well as court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
KAREN VAN BILJON, 56, of Lily Way, Padstow, Cornwall, was found guilty of drink driving on June 7 in Denham with namely not less than 186 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. She was ordered to pay £960 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £95.
JOHN KAKPA, 44, of Deeds Grove, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle who failed to stop after a road accident on the A404 White Lion Road, Amersham. He wad fined £120 and had seven points added to his licence. There was also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £48.
MATTHEW ARCHER, 34, of Church Hill, Cheddington, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a constable in execution of duty on April 7 this year in Leighton Buzzard. He was fined £369 as well as court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £148.
GURSHARAN PANESAR, 62, of Poplar Road, Uxbridge, pleaded guilty to common assault on April 4 in Denham as well as damaging fence panels to the value of £220 on the same day. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and fined £220. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
