Quirky properties are looking for new entrepreneurs to set up shop in Bucks.
Although many businesses have struggled post-pandemic and in the cost-of-living crisis, new ones open up regularly on Bucks High Streets.
During the pandemic, many jumped into the unknown from a safe nine to five job to fulfill a dream of running their own business.
If you have dreamt of being one of them, here are some of the cool and quirky properties currently on the market.
Old Amersham
This 300 sq.ft. commercial property sits in prime location at 31 High Street.
A new start up would be right at home with the surrounding independent boutiques, pubs, cafes and restaurants in the picturesque Old Town and with access to central London on the Metropolitan Line.
The ground-floor open plan accommodation with a WC is said to be in very good condition.
It has a price tag of £295,000.
Chesham
Many dream of living in a Victorian house with tall windows, but a historical building can also be a unique place to set up a business.
Now an office in a converted Victorian building called Power House on Higham Mead just off Broad Street is up for sale for £128,000.
The first floor 735 sq.ft. office suite comes with an allocated parking space, a kitchenette, toilet, a shower cubicle and double-glazed windows which let in natural light.
The building is located only 10 minutes on foot from the Chesham Tube station.
