The firefighters tackled a blaze inside a barn at a Buckinghamshire farm.
The emergency services were alerted to a barn fire on Village Road in Whelpley Hill near Chesham on Wednesday July 19 at about 6.30pm.
Many concerned residents called the emergency service control room after large amount of black smoke visible was seen billowing into the air from a distance away.
Seven fire engines and crews and four officers from Amersham, Aylesbury, Hertfordshire, Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe and Maidenhead rushed to the scene.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “A barn, measuring around 30 metres by 10 metres was well alight when crews arrived.

“The barn contained hay, straw, a horsebox and a further vehicle.”
The firefighters worked with the farmers and machinery on site to rescue unaffected items.
They used two main jets, one hose reel, two dams and a bowser.
However, all contents in the barn were completely destroyed by the flames, the fire service confirmed.
The fire crews remained on the scene for some time after the incident, turning over and damping down to make the site safe.
