A semi-professional footballer from Buckinghamshire has managed to secure himself a trial with a Football League side.
Jamie Ayres, who has so far spent his entire career with Flackwell Heath, is currently training with Bolton Wanderers in League One.
If successful, he will sign a professional contract with the former Premier League side.

The news came three days before they took one fellow Buckinghamshire side Holmer Green in a pre-season friendly, which they would go on to win 13-1.
