The police have announced a crackdown on fly-tipping in Buckinghamshire countryside.
Thames Valley Police announced it was “increasing patrols” in Iver because of flytipping incidents.
The move comes after a “recent spate of fly-tipping” on Billet Lane, including a sofa that had been dumped on the side of the road.
The Iver Neighbourhood Policing team will pass “any evidence found to Buckinghamshire Council enforcement officers,” the police warned.

Buckinghamshire Council has warned residents to not pay cash to get rid of trash.
If the rubbish collection is dumped, the customer could end up being fined.
Payments should be made electronically instead so that fly-tipping can be traced back to the criminal waste carriers, the Council said.
Household Waste Recycling Centres across Bucks accept household items free of charge.
