The police have described a Buckinghamshire driver as 'absolutely paralytic' after they crashed their car with their child being present in the vehicle.
The authorities were called to an incident between a BMW and a lamp post in Conniburrow, Milton Keynes on Monday, July 10.

Once they arrived, officers refer to the driver, who only had a provisional licence, as 'absolutely paralytic' and arrested him after he failed a roadside breath test.
They also confirmed that his seven-year-old son was also in the car and that he suffered minor injuries.

The driver has been charged and sent straight to court where officers say he will face a 'long ban' and 'possible prison sentence'.
Social services have also been informed and will take necessary action regarding the child.
In custody, the motorist blew 156 micrograms which is five times the drink-drive limit of 35.
