A man has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order after 'consistently' shoplifting and engaging in anti-social behaviour.
Dale McGinn, 34, from High Wycombe was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Friday, June 9.
He appeared in court after "consistently" engaging in anti-social behaviour and shoplifting in High Wycombe town centre.
The Criminal Behaviour Order prohibits McGinn from remaining in any shop in the town when asked to leave by a member of staff.
It also states that he must not enter any shop from which he has been banned.
The order was issued following an investigation by Thames Valley Police and will be in place for two years.
