WEEKLY round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.
April 4:
SIMON JOHNSON, 44, of Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, indicated guilty to stealing to 10 to 15 handbags from TK Maxx on April 15 this year as well as stealing two speakers from B&M worth £40 on March 31. He was ordered to pay £240 in compensation. There was also a court cost of £100.
KAYLEIGH DAVIES, 20, of Hambro Road, Portland, Dorset, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on Windsor Road in Slough on August 28 last year as well as driving without insurance and without a licence. She was fined £280 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. There was also a £112 victim surcharge and court costs of £110.
GARY DEACON, 55, of Cockton Road, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating which occurred on March 15 this year as well as one count of theft after stealing £8.97 worth of alcohol from Aldi on the same day. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and was ordered to pay £50 in compensation and a £120 fine. There was also an £85 court cost and a victim surcharge of £48.
AIDEN CARPENTER, 24, of Cherwell Road, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on December 29 last year in Aston Clinton. He was fined £160 and had six penalty points added to his licence. There was also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £64.
