A railway line has been blocked after flooding in Buckinghamshire caused disruption.
Chiltern Railways warned customers of an “unsafe” railway line after flooding between Aylesbury and Princes Risborough today June 20 shortly before 9am.
Passengers were warned of train cancellations or delays, and they were told to check their journey online before travelling.
The disruption comes after a thunderstorm brought heavy rain and lightning across the county.

Chiltern Railways said: “We are sorry to say due to flood water making the railway potentially unsafe between Aylesbury and Princes Risborough, the line is blocked.
“Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed.”
The disruption is expected to last until 12noon, Chiltern Railways said.
