The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms in Buckinghamshire.
The warning came ahead of a thunderstorm in the South East today (June 20) after a long spell of warm weather.
The yellow warning will be in place until 10.30am as the thunderstorms move northeast across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and London.
What to expect
Transport across the region is likely to be disrupted on Tuesday morning, Met Office warned.
Driving conditions could be difficult because of spray and sudden flooding with some road closures.
