WEEKLY round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. 

April 4:

MARLON GREEN, 39, of Watermead, Aylesbury, was found guilty of stealing two vehicles from Buckingham Road on February 18 this year as well as being racially offensive on the same day and possessing a bladed weapon – namely a pocket knife. He was jailed for 22 weeks and an order was made for the knife to be forfeited and destroyed. He was also fined £100 and there was also court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £154.

JOHN ROCHFORD, 33, of Dukes Avenue, Hounslow, indicated guilty to breaching a non-molestation order on November 8 last year in Leighton Buzzard. He did not receive a sentence as the court deemed the ‘court process has sufficient punishing itself’ and considered he had not breached the order prior.

MICHAEL DALLEY, 28, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, indicated guilty to assaulting a police constable on November 25 last year. He was made to pay £100 in compensation and fined £120. There was no order for costs.

JOHN HARTY, 82, of Menmarsh Road, Worminghall, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Shabbington on October 14 last year with namely 238 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £120. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £72.
