Nearly £2,000 was raised for the British Heart Foundation after a charity football match took place in Chinnor.
Organised by Chris Turton and Rod Bousfield, the event took place on Sunday, June 4 at the Chinnor Recreation Ground with the fixture ending 7-3 to Team Chris.

In total, 34 former Chinnor Athletic players took part in the cause with numerous prizes being won in a raffle.
One of the rewards were tickets to a Wycombe Wanderers match for the upcoming season.
Both Chris and Rod thanked everyone who attended and took part in the contest, and there are plans for it to take place in 12 months' time.
