A van driver has been caught red-handed after he dumped a cigarette butt on the road.
The litter lout was caught on camera on Oxford Road in Aylesbury on May 15.
The driver of a Buckinghamshire College Group van was reportedly seen dropping a cigarette butt out of the window onto the road.
He was unaware that a Buckinghamshire Council enforcement officer was driving behind him.

The act was caught on the officer's active dash camera.

The council’s flytipping enforcement team said the van driver “has paid a £150 fixed penalty for littering”.
