Those living and working in High Wycombe expressed their concern after three separate cases of indecent exposure were reported to the police across two days.
The first of the two incidents happened on Friday, June 9, when a woman in her 40s was driving along Priory Avenue towards Benjamin Road when at the junction, a man began to shout at her.
Once he stopped yelling, he then exposed himself.
The woman turned around and reported the incident to the police but whilst on the phone, he committed the crime again.

The person in question has been described as an Asian man, with long brown hair, wearing a baggy tracksuit.
This happened at 1pm that day.
Two days later on Sunday, June 11 in the wooded area next to the Dyke on the Rye and close to Warren Wood Drive, a person in their 50s was out walking at approximately 5pm.
She was then approached by an individual who has been described as ‘a white man who is around five foot eight inches tall with dark hair.’
The man then indecently exposed himself before fleeing the scene.
Speaking to the Free Press, one person said: “I don’t understand what people get out of it by doing these sorts of things.
“It’s a strange thing to do.

“This makes people feel very uncomfortable when going and about to do the things they want.”
Another suggested that the exposers could be doing their actions ‘as a cry for help’, and that this behaviour could lead to more ‘dangerous’ incidents.
They added: “I feel sad that people think that they need to make others feel sad or uncomfortable around them, and I’m aware that they need help.
“If they don’t get help, things could escalate and it could get quite dangerous for any individual, as a lot of people who have exposed themselves will continue to do it.
“Once these people are found and are given the correct psychiatric help, it will be the best.
“Thinking about it does make me feel uncomfortable and sad as a lot of mothers would take their children to the Rye for a bit of fun.

One resident believes that a heavier police presence is needed to combat the crimes.
They said: “When was the last time you saw a policeman walking up and down the street? It’s hardly ever.
"I think the police need to be in areas where they have happened, as people need to be safe when they are walking about.
“We’ve not seen officers in the area.
“There needs to be stronger police presence.

“I've also found High Wycombe to be quite safe, but there need to be more officers about.
“It makes things worse if it happened during the day, as that is the time when you would feel safe.”
