23/06431/ADRC - Application for partial approval of details subject to Condition 1 (Noise) of planning ref: 23/05143/PNPCR Swan House White Hart Street High Wycombe
A prior approval application submitted to Buckinghamshire Council wants a change of use of the existing first and second-floor offices to create one studio, and nine one and two bedroom flats in Swan House.
A noise survey has also been submitted to the council about the plans to assess whether the flats would be appropriate to build in the middle of town.
According to the plans, internally measured noise levels exceed the recommended noise levels so upgrades would need to be made to soundproof the flats.
PL/23/1801/OA - Outline application for the erection of up to 120 residential dwellings, including affordable and self-build homes (Use Class C3) (matter to be considered at this stage: access), Land at Broad Lane Holtspur Beaconsfield
Hawridge Strategic Land is looking to build 120 homes in Broad Lane, Holtspur along with open space to assist in "meeting Buckinghamshire Council's housing needs".
The developers said vehicle access can be provided by linking to the existing roundabout on the A40 with Holtspur Top Lane.
Pedestrian and cycle access can be provided at the proposed site access and separately at locations along the northern and eastern boundary.
Footway and crossing improvements would be provided along the A40 too.
The developer is also hoping to build a green space called Oakfield with the existing mature Oak tree as the main focal point for the area. There will also be a play area, tree lined roads and open space.
Plans include 16 one-bedroom homes, 27 two-bedroom homes, 54 three-bedroom homes and 23 four-bedroom family homes.
