A Metropolitan Police officer from Buckinghamshire has pleaded not guilty to assault and harassment charges.
PC Daryl Marley, 32, of Newport Street, Milton Keynes, allegedly harassed a woman and assaulted a man in Westminster while he was off duty on October 29, 2022.
He pleaded not guilty to assault by beating and using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (May 5).
Marley, who is attached to the Metropolitan Police's Central West Command Unit, was notified of the charges against him on April 26.
He has been given conditional bail until his trial at Westminster Magistrates' Court on September 18.
