FROM exceeding the speed limit to driving without insurance, here is all the Buckinghamshire drivers who have been in court recently for breaking the law:

A driver has been fined after being caught driving five miles over the specified speed limit.

Faisal Anwar, of Rutland Avenue, was caught on September 12 last year driving 35mph on the A40 near London when the limit was 30mph.

The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence on May 17 at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court and was fined £218.

He was also made to pay £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £37 victim surcharge.

Three points were also added to his driving licence.

The total fine is £390 to be paid  by the start of next month.

A man was caught driving six miles over the limit on the A40 last year.

Christopher Spence, of Kingsmead Road, High Wycombe, was caught speeding on October 10 last year on the A40 near London.

The 54-year-old was driving 36mph in a 30mph zone. He was caught on an automatic speed camera.

He pleaded guilty at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court this month and was fined £85. He was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs as a well as a victim surcharge of £34.

No points were added to his licence.

The total fine is £209 to be paid by the middle of next month.

A driver has been fined after being caught driving without third party insurance.

Jamal Ebohon, of Lakeland Drive, Aylesbury, was caught on August 27 last year driving a BMW in London without insurance.

The 23-year-old was found guilty through his absence at Lavender Hill Magistrates Court on May 19.

 As a result, he was fined £!50 and was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £100.

Ebohon’s licence will also be endorsed with six penalty points.

The total fine is £310 and will need to be paid by the middle of next month.

A man has avoided disqualification after being caught on his phone while driving.

Mohammed Fiaz, of Russell Avenue, Aylesbury, was caught on August 23 last year using his phone while driving in Dunstable Road.

The 40-year-old was found guilty at Luton Magistrates Court on February 14 this year.

He was fined £67 and ordered to pay £110 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £54.

His licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

The total fine is £298 to be paid by the middle of next month.
