A PUB has had to close off their car park after a "four cars wide" sinkhole appeared.
The Horse and Jockey in Tylers Green, High Wycombe, warned customers visiting to walk or get a taxi as the car park is shut off.
The sinkhole first appeared in the car park six weeks ago and nobody can agree on who is liable to fix it.
Alex Van Someren, pub licensee, said:" It started off quite small and now it's four cars wide and nobody can agree on whose liability it is to fix it because it's on our land.
"They say it's down to the pub company but we think it's because of erosion from the drain in the road, so it should be down to Highways, so there's a bit of a ding dong about that.
"It's cordoned off for now but the tarmac above the cavity is not safe and you can't tell that until your car disappears."
"In the meantime, when it rains it gets bigger."
The pub is still open and welcoming guests.
