FOUR drivers have faced fines across Buckinghamshire recently due to breaking some important driving laws.

Here are all the drivers in court recently:

A woman has been fined more than £1,000 after being caught driving without insurance.

Henrietta Harrold, of Joiners Way, Chalfont St Peter, was caught on September 21 last year driving in Hounslow without insurance.

The 20-year-old was found guilty at Bromley Magistrates Court on April 18 this year after being stopped by police.

She was fined £660 for the offence and her licence was endorsed with six points.

Harrold was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and £100 in court costs. The total fine of £1,024 will need to be paid by the middle of this

A man has been caught speeding near London and has been fined.

Andre Moses, of Falcon Rise, High Wycombe, was caught on September 14 last year exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A40.

The 44-year-old was caught by an automatic speed camera on the A40 north Terrick Street to the A40 Westbourne Bridge Slip.

Moses’ recorded speed was 35mph.

He was found guilty and fined £84. His licence was also endorsed with three points. The total fine of £207 is due to paid by the start of next month.

A man has been caught speeding six miles over the limit and fined.

Shahenaz Miah Rashid, of Landsdell Avenue, was caught speeding in his Mini Copper on September 18 last year on the A40 near London.

The 43-year-old was caught on an automatic speed camera and pleaded guilty to the offence at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £128 and his licence was endorsed with three points.

Rashid was also made to pay a £51 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs. The total fine of £269 is due to be paid by the middle of next month.

A driver has been fined after being caught exceeding the speed limit on the M1.

Guiseppe Bernasconi, of Martindale, Iver Heath, was caught on July 23 last year exceeding the 50mph speed limit on the M1 between junctions 16 and 19 northbound.

His recorded speed was 57mph and the 51-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Northampton Magistrates Court.

He was fined £100 and three points were added to his licence.

He was also made to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.

The total fine of £225 will need to be paid by the end of this month.
