Hot air balloons are set to take off from a Buckinghamshire village pub again during Easter.

The colourful hot air balloons are set to launch to the skies from The Black Horse pub on Aylesbury Road in Great Missenden.

The pub announced the return of the balloon event with a barbeque from April 7 to 9 after a smash hit success last year.

The pub said: “This will be the second time we have run a balloon event since taking over the pub last April.

“The turnout last year was fantastic with around 300 people coming to see the balloons.

“The balloons will be flying between 5:30pm - 6pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be a BBQ available on the Saturday too

"We will still be serving roasts on Sunday so get a table booked in, then hang about for the Sunday afternoon ballon flight!" 

Guests were advised that roast tables are available by booking only. 

Pizza will be available after 5pm, including for takeway.
