A farmer’s market happening soon in a Buckinghamshire town has been called off.
An upcoming Farmer’s Market in Princes Risborough has been cancelled because of bad weather.
Princes Risborough Town Council announced the decision to cancel the market on March 28.
The market was due to take place in King George V Park on Sunday April 1.
The Town Council said: “This decision was made following an assessment of King George V Park following a bout of poor weather.
“The field was waterlogged and the ground was very soft meaning that it would be troublesome to get vendors into place on Saturday and with weather forecasts not improving throughout this week the situation is only likely to get worse.”

The Town Council is looking to reschedule the event for later in the month, and they are liaising with vendors to find a suitable date.
