A WOMAN was treated during an incident involving a ‘hazardous substance’.
Multiple fire crews, the police and ambulance were seen at a road closure on Station Road in High Wycombe yesterday afternoon (March 26).
The emergency services had been alerted to a property due to concerns over a “white powdered substance".
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “This was an incident involving a white powdered substance.
“A women was passed into the care of the South Central Ambulance Service.
“The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and gauntlets when entering the property.
“A Detection Inspection Monitoring unit (DIM) and a DIM officer also attended the scene to test the substance.”

One appliance and crew from High Wycombe, one from Beaconsfield, two from Bicester along with two officers attended the scene.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police, the fire service confirmed.
Thames Valley Police could not comment the incident.
South Central Ambulance Service was contacted for a comment.
