THE EMERGENCY services were alerted to a fire inside a residential building over the weekend.
Fire crews rushed to Mendip Way in High Wycombe after reports of a fire in a three-storey residential building on Sunday March 5 around 11pm.
The fire was out when two appliances and crews from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield arrived.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “They gained access through the first-floor window using a short extension ladder.
“There was light smoke logging in the property, but no damage from the fire.

“The firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to check for any hotspots.
“They also installed two smoke alarms and checked the smoke alarms in the neighbouring properties.”
