A website ranked 68 of the most desirable places in the UK based on their TikTok popularity.
The website Freeofficefinder.com ranked Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross among the most popular locations in the UK based on TikTok views.
The site analysed selected expensive areas across the country and searched for the neighbourhoods’ names on TikTok to find out which places were the most popular.
In a ranking of the UK’s most luxurious places, Beaconsfield came in sixth place, with an average property price of £1,286,339 last year.
The affluent area racked up 11,900,000 views on TikTok for videos filmed in the market town.
Just behind it in seventh place was Gerrards Cross, which had an average property price of £1,126,037 in 2022.
Gerrards Cross gathered 6,100,000 TikTok views, placing it above other top 10 locations including the Isle of Mull in Scotland and Beaulieu in Hampshire.
The two postcodes are currently the most expensive in Buckinghamshire.

Other Bucks locations in the running for most desirable in the UK according to TikTok users were the villages of Chalfont St Giles, which ranked 37th, and Hambledon, which came 61st on the list.
Chalfont St Giles gathered 238,100 TikTok views and Hambledon got a modest 6,525 views on the social media platform.
The number one most popular location in the UK among TikTok users was Salcombe in Devon.
The seaside town had an average property price of £8.3k last year, making it the 28th most expensive place on the list.
Salcombe managed to generate an impressive 56,800,000 TikTok views.
