‘Opening soon’ signs have popped up across the county despite the economic downturn.
Restaurateurs and small business owners keep visitors returning to High Streets in search of the juiciest burger, tastiest curry - and the best atmosphere.

Bun Squad
After opening only days ago, the new American diner’s menu includes beef burgers, chicken burgers and hot dogs.

Opuz
Diners can enjoy Mediterranean flavours at the new restaurant and bar, which opened in November last year next door to Herali, Rococo Lounge, The Grill Steakhouse, Vietnamese Street Food and Zizzi.

Taste of Ceylon
The traditional Sri Lankan restaurant opened its doors in January to rave reviews. The menu boasts Sri Lankan Kottu, Appam, Lamprais, Prawn Vadai, Mutton Rolls and South Indian Dosa, Idly, poori and more.

Lavvin
The contemporary Mediterranean welcomed customers last autumn for a high-end dining experience, including seafood, steak and cocktails.

Tasto’s Grill
The burger takeaway also sells curries, Peri Peri chicken wings and wraps after opening in December last year.

Chaii Panii
The restaurant brings Indian street food to Buckinghamshire. It announced opening in October last year.

BRIM
The burger takeaway launched with a big opening event in December. The menu has a selection of special burgers, including the 20oz meat patty burger bacon and five cheese layers.
