NEW food hygiene ratings were given to two Buckinghamshire businesses.
The food safety watchdog Food Standards Agency inspects restaurants, cafes, pubs and canteens across the county.
After the latest inspection round, a pub in Chesham and a canteen at an Aylesbury play venue were handed new scores, the Food Standards Agency website shows.
What do the ratings mean?
0 – urgent improvement is necessary
1 – major improvements is necessary
2 – improvements necessary
3 – business generally satisfactory
4 – business good on assessment
5 – business is seen as very good
What hygiene scores did they get?
The Hen and Chickens pub on Chesham’s Botley Road was given a three-out-of-five rating after an assessment on January 16.
Stay and Play Aylesbury Limited canteen on Hale Leys in Aylesbury received a four-out-of-five score after inspection on January 16.
