Local businesses were awarded accolades for 'Best Pub' and 'Best Sunday Roast' at the first community awards show since the pandemic.
After a three-year break, local radio station Marlow FM hosted the Hidden Gem Awards on Saturday, February 18, to celebrate the "unsung heroes" of the Marlow community.
Based on nominations from the radio station's listeners, local businesses and individuals were divided into 10 categories.
Among the prizes up for grabs were 'Best Cuppa', 'Best Night Out' and 'Best Local Producer', with the winners forming a definitive list of the town's popular hotspots.
The 2023 Hidden Gem Awards featured two new categories, 'Services to Charity' and 'Services to the Community'.
Nearly 2,000 people voted for the shortlisted nominees.
The winners were announced at a Mexican Fiesta-themed meal, supplied by Marlow-based chef Geoff Salinas, in the Holy Trinity School gym.
Funds from the evening, together with an online auction of locally donated prizes, went towards Marlow FM.
