WEEKLY round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. 

January 30:

SUNEIL KHAN, 24, of Bowerdean Road in High Wycombe was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of blood for a lab test under the Road Traffic Act 1988 on December 10 last year at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. He was fined £205 and disqualified from driving for six months.

KARLA HAWES, 50, of Ramsay View of High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving on Gregories Road on January 1 this year with namely 118 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £199 and disqualified from driving for 28 months, reduced by 28 weeks. She has also been given 200 hours of unpaid work to complete.

February 6:

FRANKIE BRUCE, 42, of Bryanston Avenue in Aylesbury, was found guilty of destroying a doorbell costing £60 on January 11 this year. He pleaded guilty to also using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person. For the doorbell he was fined £80 with court costs of £85. For the threatening behaviour he was given a £120 fine,

MARLON GREEN, 38, of Amersham Hill in High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to interfering with vehicles in Priory Crescent and Weedon Road. He was fined £80.

DOMINIC PHILLIPS, 26 of Eastern Street in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to possessing three zip lock bags of a Class A drug on March 23, 2021. He also pleaded guilty to possessing one zip lock bag of a Class B drug. He was fined £199 and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.

PAUL WRIGHT, 58, of Widmore Close in Asheridge, pleaded guilty to drink driving in The Full Moon Public House Car Park in Hawridge Common on August 12 last year. He was caught with 116 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £624 including a victim surcharge and court costs. He has also been disqualified from driving for 28 months.

ALEXANDER BUTLER, 26, of Brimstone Lane in Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving on August 25 last year in Walton Street. He was fined £215 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

HARRY VINCENT, 22, Grange Road in Widmer End, pleaded guilty to possessing a small amount of Class A and Class B drugs in Hazlemere on September 14 last year. He was fined £397 and an order has been made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

THOMAS HOWIE, 42, of Longwood Lane in Amersham, pleaded guilty to drinking driving in Bottrells Lane on January 14 this with namely 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £1,022 including a victim surcharge and court costs. He has also been disqualified from driving for three months.

SEAN KEATING-BELL, 23, of Wallace Close in Marlow, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Churchill Drive on January 15 this year with namely 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £205 and disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks when a drink driving course is taken.

HENRY ALLEN, 20, of Elm Street in Buckingham, was found guilty of trespassing into the bar at The Villiers Hotel and stealing bottles of beer to an unknown value. He was fined £365.
