A PUB has gone on the market in Buckinghamshire.
The Black Horse in Chesham has gone on the market for a £850,000 guide price.
The popular country pub in The Vale area is looking for new owners, or new tenant, to take on the reins of the award-winning pub.
The brick-built property and its extension comprise of a bar with open fireplaces and exposed beams, dining and restaurant area catering for up to 40 covers, commercial kitchen, secondary kitchen, beer cellar and the toilets.
A self-contained barn with a bar, WCs and grill area can host up to 70 guests.
The trade garden around the pub has seating for around 180 guests, while the ‘Secret Garden’ is ideal for events.
The car park can fit around 60 vehicles.

New owners have their own on-site accommodation, which includes an office, lounge, bathroom and kitchen.
The sellers Christie & Co say the new operator would benefit from the pub’s “excellent reputation and steady stream of clientele.”
The pub told customers in January it was closing temporarily due to pressure to independent businesses caused by skyrocketing costs to stay open.
