A man from Stokenchurch has been praised after they shaved their head for charity.
Karl Stone decided to remove his long locks to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society, with the campaigner accumulating a total of £340 for the cause.
The Buckinghamshire resident had his hair cut at the Stokenchurch Memorial Hall Social Club at the end back end of 2022, and his friend, John Stokes, revealed that many people in the area are ‘proud’ of his efforts.

John, who works at the social club, said: “Karl does a lot for charity every year, so we think it’s only right that people are aware of the good work he does.”
Karl received a certificate from the charity as a sign of appreciation.
