Firefighters were called out after an injured deer was spotted stuck in a metal fence.
Residents who live on or nearby Park Place in Amersham, alerted the authorities on Wednesday, February 8 at around 1.30pm to help the animal.
The emergency workers used cutting gear to release the deer, which was then taken to Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital in Haddenham for additional treatment.

This took place six days after a muntjac was spotted roaming around Amersham Train Station, concerning pedestrians and commuters.
The fate of the animal is unknown, but it is hoped that the animal fled from the area.
