THE POLICE stopped a driver after his tinted windows caught their attention.
As part of their road checks, Thames Valley Police pulled over the driver of a Volkswagen in Aylesbury on Sunday February 5.
His front window tints were below the legal limit, and he was driving on a provisional licence.
The force said on their social media: “However his woes did not end there as the driver failed a road side drug wipe for cannabis and had his vehicle seized.
“The driver has been taken to the police station for a blood sample to be obtained and faces a possible disqualification.”
Six other drivers without insurance were stopped on Sunday, while several vehicles were seized by the Roads Policing team.
