December 15:
KIERAN WEAVER, 27, of Park Place in Amersham, admitted stalking without fear or alarm or distress in Chesham on November 12, 2022. Also admitted possession of a Stanley knife in public on the same date. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and must undertake 100 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £114 victim surcharge.
NASREEN AKTHAR, 33, of Arnison Avenue in High Wycombe, convicted of breaching a court order by sending emails from which he was prohibited in High Wycombe on November 11, 2022, and November 8, 2022. Also convicted of criminal damage, namely a car, on November 27, 2022. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and made subject to a restraining order. Must also pay £500 compensation.
December 19:
ALAN YEARWOOD, 49, of Carlton close, Aylesbury, convicted of stealing three joints of meat worth £46.76 from Sainsbury’s in Aylesbury on February 26, 2022. Also convicted of religiously or racially common assault by beating in Aylesbury on July 22, 2021, and convicted of theft by finding – namely a £3,500 mobility scooter, in Aylesbury on June 25, 2022. Sentenced to 20 weeks in prison due to being an ‘unprovoked attack of a serious nature’. Also ordered to pay £1000 compensation.
CHARLIE BANTON, 27, of Shakespeare Way, Aylesbury, admitted using violence to secure entry to a premises in Aylesbury, on June 18, 2022. Also admitted criminal damage of a sign worth up to £35 in Aylesbury on June 18, 2022, and admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words to cause harassment or distress in Aylesbury on June 18, 2022, and on July 29, 2021. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months due to it being an unprovoked attack of a serious nature. Made subject to a restraining order. Must also pay £300 compensation.
JOANNE LLOYD, 42, of Bramble Crescent in Holmer Green, High Wycombe, admitted assault by beating in High Wycombe on November 5, 2022. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.
JAYNE HOWARD, 45, of Haleswood Road, Hemel Hempstead, admitted drink-driving in Buckingham Road, Bucks, on December 2, 2022. Found to have 119mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Given a community order to comply with 100 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £114 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.
LUIZ JUNIOR, 28, of Plumer Road, High Wycombe, admitted using a vehicle in public without the correct insurance or correct licence in Knotty Green, Bucks, on December 3, 2022. Also admitted drink-driving in Witheridge Lane, Knotty Green, on the same occasion. Found to have 95mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months due to severity of the offences. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £154 victim surcharge.
