AN 'ARROGANT' driver used his mobile phone whilst driving past police.
Thames Valley Police officers were dealing with a crash in Gerrards Cross on Thursday (December 15) when a Ford van drove past.
The van driver caught officers' attention when he was using his mobile phone behind the wheel.
Police flagged the driver down to park up but they 'drove off'.
They explained on social media how the driver was arrested shortly after.
Adding: "We caught up with them a couple of hours later. Driver arrested and van seized."
