It has been revealed that Wycombe Wanderers’ training sessions this week were moved to alternative venues due to the cold weather.
During the late hours of Sunday, December 11 and the early hours of Monday, December 12, heavy snow settled in parts of Buckinghamshire.
This included the club’s Marlow Road Training Ground near High Wycombe, causing slight disruption in preparation for Wanderers’ home match against Ipswich Town on December 17.

Speaking ahead of the game, Ainsworth said: “It has been difficult as we’ve had to change the venue for training, but we have managed to get sessions in this week which is important.
“I am sure that other teams will be struggling too at this time of year, but it’s important to prepare for these periods as sometimes you can’t work on what you want to work on.
