A NEW food hygiene rating for a takeaway in Buckinghamshire has been published by the Food Standards Agency.
Listed below is the latest inspection result for a takeaway in Gerrards Cross.
Out of 285 takeaways in Buckinghamshire with ratings, 140 (49 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale.
Five is top of the scale, meaning the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with the law. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
Flames and Fries in 21 High Street, Chalfont St Peter was given a two out of five score after assessment on October 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Hygienic food handling and cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building was rated as needing "omprovement necessary", while the management of food safety is "generally satisfactory".
The takeaway's website online says it serves 'perfectly cooked kebabs as their "tastiest dishes".
According to Restaurant Guru online, "the good service is something these restaurateurs care about."
The restaurant has mostly good reviews on Google with a score of 3.9 out of five.
The ratings, which are based on hygiene and safety, structural compliance and confidence in management are routinely updated.
