November 21

CHRISTOPHER BONNETT, 30, of Alvista Avenue, Maidenhead, admitted drug-driving in Bourne End on July 13. Found to have cannabis in his system. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £160 victim surcharge.

THOMAS CHAPMAN, 42, of no fixed abode, convicted of breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering an area of Aylesbury, from which he is prohibited, on four occasions between November 14 and November 21. Also admitted of stealing meat worth £182.60 from Waitrose in Aylesbury on November 18, 2022. Sentenced to eight months in prison due to ‘flagrant disregard for people and their property’, previous convictions, and four breaches in one week.

MARTIN MCDONAGH, 46, of Beechlands, Hazelmere, admitted assault by beating in High Wycombe on April 29, 2022. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity including 80 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £385 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

KEVIN CHAPEL, 47, of California, Aylesbury, admitted using violence to secure entry to premises in Aylesbury. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £26 victim surcharge.

DANIEL HUNT, 33, of Briarswood Close, Stokenchurch, admitted drug-driving on the M40 near High Wycombe on June 14, 2022. Found to have cannabis in his system. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.

DIANE WEBB, 46, of Mullion Place, Milton Keynes, convicted of driving a vehicle in a public place without due care and attention at the junction of Millers Way and McConnell Drive in Milton Keynes on May 19, 2022. Fined £224. Also ordered to pay £110 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.

ANTHONY DIX, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two cardigans, a jumper, and a coat worth £110 from Matalan on November 18, 2022. Sentenced to 20 weeks in prison due to severity of offence and ‘flagrant disregard for court orders, people and their property’.

JUSTIN COLE, 34, of Amersham Road, Little Missenden, convicted of failing to provide specimen for analysis as driver of vehicle in Maidenhead custody on December 12, 2021. Given a community order including 240 hours of unpaid work and electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay £620 court costs and £95 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for three years.

YACQUUB NOOR, 26, of Waterbeach Road, Slough, admitted driving a vehicle in a public place without due care and attention in Farnham Common on September 7, 2022. Fined £387. Also ordered to pay £110 court costs and £155 victim surcharge. Eight points added to driving licence.

TARA JOHNSON, 43, of Cannon Mill Avenue, Chesham, admitted assault by beating in Amersham on two occasions on May 14, and May 21, 2022. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £22 victim surcharge.

HARRY WADE, 32, of Studley Knapp, Milton Keynes, convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention on May 19, 2022, in Bletchley Road, Bucks. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £110 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.
