Chesham United fans heading to their away game this weekend are being encouraged to help a local charity.
The Generals, who take on Dorchester Town in the South Coast, will see fans bring non-perishable goods to the Avenue Stadium on December 3, with the tinned items being donated to local foodbanks in the area.

After the fantastic response to previous Give at the Gate collections, this Saturday ahead of the @cheshamutdfc match we'll be running a collection to help support local community food banks

Organised through the club and the town’s main Tesco branch, all the canned food will be donated at the gate prior to entry.
A statement from Dorchester Town said: “With support from our friends at Tesco Dorchester we’ll be collecting non-perishable food goods at the turnstiles to donate to local food banks.
Any Generals fans travelling tomorrow, please if you can bring something to help Dorchester's Give at the Gate appeal https://t.co/3dTc2nupPz
