Another arrest has been made as police investigate a High Wycombe burglary which left a man in hospital in critical condition.
Thames Valley Police say there will be an "increased presence" in the area following the incident on Cedar Terrace at around 2.45pm on Saturday (November 19).
A man in his nineties was taken to hospital with serious injuries and left in critical condition after allegedly entry was forced into his home with around £250 in cash and some jewellery taken from the property.
A 39-year-old woman of no fixed abode was arrested yesterday (November 25 ) on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a burglary. She remains in police custody at this time.
The 46-year-old man from High Wycombe arrested on suspicion of burglary remains in police custody at this time.
Emma Burroughs, LPA Commander of South Buckinghamshire, said: “Whilst we continue our investigations you will continue to see an increased presence of officers in the area.
“If you have any concerns or information, please do not hesitate to speak to one of our officers.”
