Buckinghamshire visitors have named a dog-friendly pub in the Chilterns as their top choice.

Travellers visiting Amersham voted The White Lion pub as the best place for a good pint. 

The pub, located on White Lion Road, was named the winner of Tripadvisor’s Traveller’s Choice Award 2022.

Every year, the travel website’s awards recognise positive reviews of service and quality among other categories rated by visitors.  

The White Lion’s general manager Heather Odell said: “Myself and the team are very pleased to have won this award as we always put our all into everything we do and want to make everyone's visit to us the best it can be.

“It is so lovely hearing and seeing all of our guest's reviews, and it means so much to us that they love what we do and offer.

The White Lion recently launched its new menu with seasonal dishes and Sunday Roasts at the family-friendly pub.
