Round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

November 8

TONIYO BAYLISS, 32, of Station Close, High Wycombe, convicted of possession of a class A drug namely crack cocaine in High Wycombe on January 14, 2022. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs.

DARREN LONG, 31, of Rosebery Avenue, High Wycombe, admitted driving while disqualified in Boundary Road, Loudwater, on September 15, 2022. Fined £1,152 and ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

GAVIN AYRE, 43, of Furlong Road, Bourne End, admitted driving while disqualified on the A4094 in Loudwater on September 13, 2022. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £154 victim surcharge.

November 9

KYLE PETER, 46, of Quainton Road, Waddesdon, convicted of assault occasioning ABH on or about April 12, 2022 in Aylesbury. Sentenced to 26 weeks in prison due to severity of offence and made subject to a restraining order. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £128 victim surcharge.

November 10

CHRISTOPHER BROOKER, 72, of The Pastures in Aylesbury, convicted of driving a vehicle in a public place without due care and attention in Oakfield Road, Aylesbury, on December 24, 2021. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £640 court costs and £60 victim surcharge. Five points added to driving licence.
