Round up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

MARK HENDERSON, 30, Langstone Court, Aylesbury, admitted drug-driving, namely driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of cannabis on June 3, 2022, on the A418 Wing. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. Fined £250. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREZEJ WOJTOWICZ, 47, of Grosvenor Court, Spalding, admitted of drink-driving in Iver, Bucks, on the M25 on May 16. Found to have 221 mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the legal limit of 80mg. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £92 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 52 months and fined £923.

JAKUB SLIWINSKI, 29, of Mitcham Walk, Aylesbury, admitted racially or religiously aggravated common assault by beating in Aylesbury on September 23, 2021. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison due to offence being racially motivated. Also ordered to pay £200 compensation, and £200 court costs.

AMBROSIO FERNANDES, 39, of Coombe Terrace in Henley-on-Thames, admitted drink-driving in Dean Street, Marlow, on October 7, 2022. Found to have 81mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £140 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

RICHARD HALL, 37, of Queens Road, High Wycombe, admitted drug-driving on Brashfield Road in Bicester on May 26, 2022. Found to have cocaine in his system. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified for three years.
