Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth has praised the volunteers at the One Can Trust.
The 49-year-old will be planning to meet workers of the charity between the Chairboys’ next two fixtures.
After the club’s away fixture against Cheltenham Town on November 19, Wycombe will not play again until December 4 at home against Portsmouth.
Ainsworth, who is an ambassador for the cause, will meet those at the charity during this period.

He said: “I am a little bit embarrassed that I haven’t been down there as much as my time has been very precious, but again, as are theirs as they are volunteers.
“Their time is precious too.
“Apologies that I haven’t been down there earlier but I am looking forward to going down there and seeing everyone involved.

"I know that just having the support of others can make such a huge difference. "
“It was something that I got involved with during Covid to boost the knowledge that it’s there, and if that has helped one person that it has been worth it.
“I really want to go down there and play my part and hopefully inspire and motivate, as I know I will feel that from the volunteers, as that is part of the fantastic job they are doing.”
