A suspected drug driver of a stolen luxury car injured an armed police officer during an arrest on Sunday.
Police were alerted after an Alfa Romeo car was spotted driving in High Wycombe using cloned number plates.
Armed police officers eventually caught the vehicle in a petrol station, where the driver rammed the police ARV and ran over the foot of one officer, Thames Valley Police said.
The force said: “Thankfully it would appear that the officer is not seriously injured.

The stolen car driven by the man – who was already wanted by courts – has been recovered, the force said.
