A church could see extra parking spaces at Newton Road, Stoke Hammond (22/03621/APP).
Bidwell Gospel Hall, which has acquired the former Methodist Church, wants to continue to use the church but needs new access with parking bays to ensure there are no on-street parking impacts to residents.
The plans include creating 12 off-street bays and a new and widened central vehicle access to the site with new sliding gates.
It will introduce a net gain of biodiversity to offset the loss of grass with a new hedge and two new trees of greater native habitat value in the northeast front side boundary.
Bucks planning officers are yet to decide on the plans.
A former hotel and pub could become new apartments at Marlow Road, Cadmore End (22/07693/FUL).
Vertex Pinnacle Investments Ltd, of Hounslow, is back with a new scheme to redevelop the former Tree Hotel into six one-beds, six two-beds, and four three-bedroom flats with 35 car parking spaces.
This would involve creating a two-storey extension to the main building and side and rear extensions to the existing residential building.
The developer previously submitted plans for 18 flats, but during pre-application, it decided to reconfigure some of the proposed apartments to increase their floorspace. This required the removal of two flats.

Bucks planning officers are yet to decide on the application.
Barns could be converted into new homes at Boveney Road, Dorney (PL/22/3562/FA).
Planners want to refurbish and convert the existing barns, including a Grade II listed barn, at Boveney Court Farm into seven homes.
There’s also a proposal to erect five new homes. This will require the demolition of a large open-sided barn to the west to increase the openness in the centre of the site.
The homes will be a mix of two, three, and four-bedrooms and the site could have 28 car parking spaces.
