A High Wycombe fashion charity store will "help shoppers beat the current cost of living crisis" in a week-long Black Friday sale.
Newlife opened in the Eden Centre in July and is different to traditional charity shops because it does not take stock donations from the public - instead, it works with retailers and manufacturers across the UK and Europe who donate new surplus stock that would otherwise go to landfill.
The store then sells these for "rock-bottom" prices to raise funds to support disabled children and their families across the UK.
Newlife will offer colour-coded deals over the Black Friday period, which will be announced on the store's social media platforms just prior to the start of the week.
The five days of the sale will begin on November 21 with 'Purple Monday' giving customers 30 per cent off ladies dresses.
Followed by 'Blue Tuesday' with 30 per cent off ladies bottoms, 'Pink Wednesday' with 30 per cent off all kids clothes and 'Orange Thursday' with 50 per cent off men’s formalwear.
Black Friday, on November 25, deals will include a variety of clothing with lines for just £1 as well as price drops on other items.
The store will be open for extended hours on Friday, November 25 and Saturday, November 26 with its doors open from 8am to 7pm.
This year Newlife also has a limited number of ladies bikes for sale across all Newlife fashion stores on a first come first served basis, priced at £99 each.
Newlife Online will be holding its Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale from November 25 to 28 with 50 per cent off all orders.
Andrew Murphy-Hayes, Newlife head of retail stores, said: “We know how hard it is for everyone to make ends meet at the moment, so by shopping with Newlife you can be sure you’ll be spoilt for choice - with some show-stopping bargains that it would really be a shame to miss out on.
“Everyone at Newlife has been working really hard to help our customers spend less to get more this year so they can find everything they need, whether they are looking for wardrobe essentials or to put smiles on the faces of their loved ones this Christmas, without breaking the bank.
“Newlife customers also know that by shopping with us they are helping to change the lives of disabled and terminally ill children who are in desperate need of specialist disability equipment, children whose families depend on Newlife for support, particularly now when they may feel they have nowhere else to turn.”
Fashion items in the store will be updated throughout the day and longer opening hours to ensure everyone has a chance to grab an unmissable bargain.
