Ten new houses that have been built in Chalfont St Giles are now on the market to be purchased.
The homes, which are situated on the 200-acre private estate in Newland Park within the village, are part of Comer Homes’ flagship development to try and encourage people to live in the Chilterns.
The Pankhurst Houses have each been designed with a brick façade, slate gable roofs, and large windows that fill the interiors with natural light.
The buildings boast huge front and private back gardens with built-in outside cooking stations, off-street car parking, and ample visitor parking.
Numerous bedrooms, bathrooms along with a spacious kitchen and living room have also been built.
Caroline Comer, Sales & Marketing Director at Comer Homes, said: “The Pankhurst Houses draw inspiration from traditional Chiltern architecture, with superior grade finishes to match the standard of the grand surroundings of Newland Park.
“We feel that these homes are some of the best available to buy in the area, with the added benefit of being located on an expansive private gated estate once reserved for the local nobility.
"The lifestyle on offer at Newland Park is second to none.”
Sue Fisher, Head of Residential Development, Greater London & Country at Hamptons, who will conduct any of the potential purchases, added: “The Pankhurst Houses are meticulously designed and specified to a beautiful and superior specification.
“Setting a new standard for luxury 21st-century living.
"Newland Park is a country estate re-imagined, where a spectacular landscape and the captivating history of the original Manor House will serve as the backdrop to a new community of beautiful homes in Buckinghamshire.
“Residents will be able to enjoy a superb lifestyle offering right on the doorstep with 200 acres of grounds to explore.”
Additionally, a health and wellness spa facility will be open to residents of Newland Park, as well as members of the local community.
A spa centre will provide a swimming pool, tennis courts and Racquets Club, multi-sports pitches, Padel courts, and tennis courts with an inflatable dome.
There will also be a five-star spa, bar, restaurant, and relaxation terraces.
