RESIDENTS trying to get through to the council are facing issues this afternoon.
Buckinghamshire Council has reported problems from residents that their calls are not connecting.
The council is experiencing an outage and their phone lines are unable to take calls.
They apologised on social media and wrote: "We are currently experiencing an outage of our phone lines and are unable to take any calls. We apologise for the inconvenience."
Residents have been asked to use their online form to get in touch.
